My Exciting News

As a community-minded person I believe that all of us should do whatever we can to support and build the community in which we live.
My early career included roles in politics and agri-politics which focused on improving our communities, and in recent years I have poured my energy into building River & Wren into an inclusive community event, something much more than simply a market.
Now, I have a wonderful opportunity to extend my involvement with our local community and return to my work roots. This week I have taken up a position with Dr Joe McGirr, the new Independent Member for Wagga Wagga, something I am truly thrilled about.
It is however business as usual with River & Wren.  Planning for the two Christmas Markets on Sunday, 11 November and Sunday, 9 December is well underway, and both will showcase 130+ market shops of absolutely gorgeous, handmade products.
River & Wren remains my passion and I will continue, with the help of a few friends, to deliver the best country handmade market our region has come to expect.

I look forward to seeing you at River & Wren’s first Christmas market on Sunday, 11 November, 10am – 3pm at the Wagga Showground.
